We want you to love planning your early learning week with the ECEPrep App (iOS & Android). That is why we offer clear, educator-friendly protection on every plan:
- 3-Day Free Trial (Annual Plan): When you start the Annual Plan ($89.00 CAD / year), your first 3 days are completely free ($0.00 CAD due today). If you cancel anytime before the end of day 3 in My Account or by emailing support@eceprep.com, you will not be charged a cent.
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (All Plans): In addition, you are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee (right of withdrawal) on your initial subscription purchase. If ECEPrep is not the right fit for your classroom or centre, simply email us at support@eceprep.com within 14 days of your initial order and we will issue a full 100% refund—no hoops and no complicated forms.
- Cancel Anytime Before Renewal: After your initial period, you can cancel your Monthly Plan, Annual Plan, or Centre License anytime in one click before the next renewal date, and your access remains active through the end of the paid period.
